T&E Accountant (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Review employee travel and expense accounts according to company policies using Concur.
• Respond to employee questions about travel and expense matters.
• Organize and maintain employee travel and expense documentation.
• Analyze and track fare differences.
• Assist with audits by providing relevant information.
• Follow internal control policies and complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• More than one year of accounts payable experience in a large manufacturing enterprise; experience in a financial shared services center is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related major.
• English literacy at CET4 level is required.
• Proficiency with financial software and office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Data analysis capabilities, strong communication skills, carefulness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
