Therapy Specialist, PD, Ireland (Peritoneal Dialysis)

Location: Castlebar, Mayo, Ireland; territory includes Munster, Connaught, and designated areas within Ulster, with regular regional travel required.

What you will do

• Champion clinical education and best practice in peritoneal dialysis.
• Educate healthcare professionals on shared decision-making and appropriate therapy selection using current clinical evidence.
• Deliver formal onsite and virtual training on PD therapies, products, and services.
• Build trusted relationships with renal and PD teams and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on strategic objectives, customer success, and marketing materials.
• Maintain CRM records and facilitate peer-to-peer networking and benchmarking across the territory.

Requirements

• Recognised nursing qualification with dialysis experience; peritoneal dialysis experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation and educational skills, including the ability to train clinicians at all levels.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organisational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently and collaboratively.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to travel across the assigned Irish territory.
• Full driving licence required.
