Senior Enterprise Observability Operations Engineer

What you will do

• Guide complex event-correlation and escalation decisions.
• Provide service-impact guidance during operational incidents.
• Coach operations engineers and ensure evidence quality.
• Improve handovers, runbooks, alert quality, and operational readiness.
• Escalate systemic telemetry issues to engineering.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in production operations, application support, NOC, infrastructure support, or observability.
• Experience coordinating incident response or operational coverage.
• Strong cross-layer event-correlation and service-impact reasoning.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, validate evidence, coach practitioners, and improve systemic operational quality.
• Successful completion of required credit, criminal background, medical, and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Financial-services operations experience.
• ITIL or equivalent service-management experience.
• Experience improving alert quality or operational workflows.
