What you will do

• Coordinate Cutting and Lead Prep Technology activities for cable and tube production across the EDS EU network.
• Co-lead the Global Cutting Horizontal Team and represent the Cutting, Special Cables, and Lead Prep department in the EOS team.
• Coordinate technical equipment requirements for the Cutting and Lead Prep network rollout.
• Support process start-ups at different sites and help ensure flawless launches.
• Promote improvement programs and enforce internal control requirements.
• Ensure the integration and effectiveness of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
