What you will do

• Manage the full technical Facility Management scope across the Sales Market Germany, covering vertical transportation, HVAC and fire protection.
• Lead supplier and service contract management, including compliance, service quality, performance follow-up and continuous improvement.
• Develop and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance plans while ensuring Health & Safety compliance and efficient project delivery.
• Monitor the condition of stores and offices, identify investment needs, and contribute to lifecycle planning, new store openings and rebuild projects.
• Maintain accurate asset, maintenance and financial data in CAFM systems, monitor costs against budget and use performance insights to improve operations.
• Collaborate with Construction & Facilities, Leasing, Store Operations, Procurement, Global Facilities and external service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate.
• Experience in supplier and contract management, budgeting, operational planning and cost management.
• Experience working with CAFM systems such as Planon and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Facility Management operations and supplier performance management knowledge, with experience in cross-functional or matrix organisations.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, international organisations or energy management.
• Facility Management or Project Management certifications.
