What you will do
- Support automotive-related investments and other technical site projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and according to technical requirements.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Ensure engineering and maintenance activities meet safety, environmental, quality, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with site management, production, supply chain, maintenance teams, and external partners.
- Contribute to process changes, new product introductions, continuous improvement, and automation topics.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering and maintenance roles within manufacturing.
- Experience in automotive or chemical environments is preferred.
- Experience managing projects and delivering technical readiness for automotive standards and audits.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive hands-on approach.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
