Associate Tech Lead – Product Engineering (Mechanical Engineering)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to choose the work location on Fridays based on work requirements.

What you will do

• Design and analyze products and systems using thermodynamics, statics, aerodynamics, and materials engineering.
• Create designs that meet material, component, design, and product requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and approve products and engineering changes.
• Evaluate and resolve operational and prototype issues in laboratory and field environments.
• Manage multiple project assignments and align priorities with business and leadership requests.
• Apply engineering judgment, innovation, Lean thinking, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience contributing to technical aspects of product design projects.
• Experience with validation testing and root cause analysis.
• Ability to deliver technical designs that meet project and product requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, suppliers, and educational sources.
