Reassurance Specialist (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Create and generate client fee schedules.
• Prepare invoice setup instructions and link fees to accounts for new business, new fee schedules, and newly added accounts.
• Coordinate billing terminations and bad debt write-offs when necessary.
• Conduct ongoing client outreach regarding open receivables.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, Global Client Service, and Client Invoicing.
• Participate in working groups and ad hoc projects supporting the Client Invoicing function.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services or banking industry.
• Understanding of the financial services industry, investment vehicles, and legal structures.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines, coordinate across departments, and conduct research and analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in client invoicing or internal audit within financial services.
• Ability to drive efficiency improvements and take initiative independently.
