What you will do

• Lead the functional management of the containers team, including hiring, competency development, training, goal setting, feedback, performance management, career coaching, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with product development, project management, regulatory, quality, and cross-functional teams on renal care product design changes and new product registrations.
• Identify resources, build teams, and engage outsourcing partners to support product development and product lifecycle management.
• Develop, document, test, and manage product-related changes in alignment with established renal care processes and the quality management system.
• Identify product enhancement opportunities and foster a culture of innovation and good documentation practices.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Polymer Science and Technology.
• 15 years of experience in polymer material development and design, including technical leadership.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in medical device and/or drug research and development.
• Knowledge of renal peritoneal dialysis therapies and products.
• Knowledge of product development stages and lifecycle management, including stability, clinical development, registration, process transfer, production, suppliers, and customer service.
• Knowledge of design control documentation, quality management systems, and international, regional, and national regulations and standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in the renal polymers domain.
