What you will do

• Perform routine, non-routine, and stability testing of biologic drug substances.
• Use ELISA, cell-based potency assays, and Biacore (SPR) methodologies while coordinating assay activities, priorities, and timelines.
• Document, analyse, and report results through electronic laboratory systems and notebooks in accordance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Support method development, validation, troubleshooting, trend analysis, and OOS investigations.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training while leading assigned project workstreams.
• Manage laboratory resources, instruments, reagents, controlled documentation, client communications, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Degree or higher qualification in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience in a bioanalytical, biopharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated laboratory environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with biologics testing, including ELISA, cell-based potency assays, Biacore (SPR), aseptic techniques, and 96-well plate formats.
• Expertise in cell-based assays, Vi-CELL, manual cell counting, luminescence-based assays, and flow cytometry.
• Experience with GMP and regulatory frameworks, electronic laboratory systems, MS Office, statistical analysis, and analytical troubleshooting.
