Clinical Data Manager

Location: Costa Rica Remote; flexible and hybrid work options are available.

What you will do

• Manage clinical data management deliverables for assigned imaging clinical studies.
• Support study setup, including database structures, specifications, testing, and approvals.
• Define, execute, review, and maintain study-specific edit checks while resolving data discrepancies.
• Coordinate the receipt and processing of electronic and ancillary data from sponsors, CROs, and laboratories.
• Review clinical data for inconsistencies, errors, and quality concerns, tracking issues through resolution.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional project teams, provide status updates, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical data management, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, data validation principles, and database management processes.
• Experience reviewing, cleaning, and validating clinical trial data.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes, terminology, regulatory expectations, and applicable SOPs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.
