Data Analyst (Commercial Operations)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model with 3 days on site

Salary: Minimum 136,000 PLN annually, with eligibility for bonuses and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Support data analytics and commercial operations across the Western Europe region.
• Prepare distributor end-user sales and price claims data for accurate reporting.
• Maintain the Commercial Excellence database used by Analytics and Incentive teams.
• Develop Excel-based tools for the Commercial Excellence team.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and local bids and tenders stakeholders across Western Europe.
• Contribute to process-improvement projects and provide local analytical support.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPivot, and Access.
• Proficiency in English and Polish is required.
• University degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, develop solutions, and make recommendations based on analysis.
