Process Engineer: Automation & Electrotechnics in P&G Rakona Plant (M/F)

Location: Rakona Plant in Rakovník, Czech Republic; onsite manufacturing role

Starting salary: 78,900 CZK per month

Procter & Gamble operates the Rakona manufacturing plant, producing laundry, fabric enhancer, and dishwashing products for globally recognized brands.

What you will do

• Optimize production processes, equipment reliability, quality, safety, and maintenance requirements.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and optimize advanced hybrid systems.
• Create, program, and optimize industrial automation systems.
• Develop digital solutions with worldwide application.
• Plan and lead automation projects in an Industry 4.0 production environment.
• Support packing or making operations through equipment startups, performance improvement, operator learning programs, and work standardization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, ideally in mechatronics, electromechanics, electrotechnics, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate in English and minimum basic knowledge of Czech or Slovak are required.
• Leadership, technical, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, proactive, and flexible working skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
