Head of Product Growth

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: From €8,000 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies.

What you will do

• Own product growth and retention strategies across the full user lifecycle, from activation and engagement to monetization.
• Improve onboarding and activation so users quickly understand the products and achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Analyze user behavior, cohort metrics, and drop-offs to define actions that improve retention and long-term product usage.
• Improve connections between products so users can expand naturally across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Design and execute experiments focused on usability, engagement, and product adoption.
• Work with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams, while hiring and developing a high-performing growth team.

Requirements

• Proven experience improving product retention in a high-scale B2C SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of user behavior across the full product lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, retention, churn, and cohort behavior.
• Ability to translate data and product metrics into clear product decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams and working closely with engineering teams.
• Technical background or equivalent experience collaborating with technical teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.
