What you will do

• Respond to maintenance service calls promptly and complete general repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, guest areas, and facilities.
• Complete maintenance request forms and submit them to the Maintenance Shift Supervisor.
• Maintain technical logs and record relevant maintenance data.
• Follow Seminole Tribe policies, procedures, schedules, and project priorities to minimize business interruptions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment and support positive guest and employee relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• Three to five years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, plans, diagrams, and drawings.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and close vision.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work at heights and in precarious areas, and perform frequent walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, squatting, and bending.
