Location: Rakona Plant in Rakovník, Czech Republic; onsite manufacturing role

Starting salary: 78,900 CZK per month

What you will do

• Complete a one-year Junior Manager Program focused on innovation, maintenance, and optimization of production systems.
• Redesign and develop mechanical components and production systems.
• Monitor existing equipment, improve performance, and optimize maintenance requirements.
• Support packing-line equipment installation, startup, performance improvement, and maintenance management.
• Identify and deliver continuous-improvement projects across making or packing operations.
• Plan and coordinate projects with colleagues, managing timelines, budgets, safety, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, ideally in mechanical engineering or a related technical field such as production-line engineering, robotics, automation, machine manufacturing, or mathematical and physical modeling.
• English communication skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Czech or Slovak required.
• Leadership, technical, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, proactive, and flexible skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop; fresh graduates are welcome.
