Focus on installing and starting up new equipment, standardizing work, developing operator training, and coordinating with logistics, packing, and project teams.
Location: Rakovnik, Czech Republic; onsite at the Rakona manufacturing plant
Starting pay: 55,230–63,120 per month

Procter & Gamble operates the Rakona FMCG manufacturing plant, producing laundry, fabric enhancer, and hand dishwashing products for global brands.
What you will do
- Analyze performance losses related to equipment, skills, and organization in production and packing operations.
- Identify improvement projects for packing lines and production performance targets.
- Establish methods for solving technical problems, systematize maintenance, and implement production management tools.
- Support the installation and startup of new equipment and work with high-tech control and manufacturing technologies.
- Develop operator and team-leader learning programs, simplify processes, and standardize work.
- Coordinate communication across logistics, packing, projects, and other departments.
Requirements
- Currently studying in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year at a technical university, preferably in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- English communication skills are required.
- Minimum basic knowledge of Czech or Slovak is required.
- Leadership, technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present individual and departmental results.
- Proactive, flexible, and committed to continuous learning and development.
