Supervisor, Tenders & Contracts - LAS (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead the transformation, optimization, and governance of tender and commercial contract processes across the Latin America South region.
• Manage public and private tenders from bid analysis through submission, contract signing, and operational activation.
• Develop bidding strategies and support pricing, margin, cost, feasibility, and profitability analyses.
• Lead and develop tender and contract analysts across Brazil, Chile, and Colombia.
• Monitor deadlines, contractual obligations, compliance, documentation, and operational risks.
• Engage public and private clients, lead renegotiations, train internal stakeholders, and report regional KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with public and private tenders, commercial contracts, institutional negotiation, and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of tender frameworks including Brazil’s Law 14.133/2021, ChileCompra, and SECOP Colombia.
• Experience with pricing models, margin analysis, cost structures, CLM systems, ERPs, Excel, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
• Previous experience leading multidisciplinary or regional teams.
• Fluent or advanced Spanish and fluent Portuguese are mandatory; intermediate to advanced English is preferred.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate education in Contracts, Public Management, Compliance, or Business.
• Experience with hospitals, clinics, distributors, public agencies, or other healthcare institutions.
