Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Salary: $41.83–$66.81 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

  • Manage an assigned credit portfolio and support the origination of new credits.
  • Structure and monitor high-volume, collateral-dependent lending secured by pledged marketable securities.
  • Analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements, tax returns, projections, and cash flow pro formas.
  • Prepare underwriting memoranda, approval documents, and credit recommendations for Credit Risk and Sales stakeholders.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, risk ratings, reporting covenants, and covenant compliance.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored credit solutions and client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of progressively increasing credit underwriting and portfolio management experience in a relevant industry.
  • Basic experience in credit management and lending operations, with a strong understanding of risk management principles.
  • Analytical ability to interpret complex data and make informed credit decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop leadership and coaching skills and contribute to training colleagues.
