Location: U.S. territory covering Denver, Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, and Kansas City; must reside within the territory. Travel up to 80% is required, including conferences, overnight programs, and internal meetings.
Salary: $175,831–$237,889 per year, plus bonus or sales-based incentive opportunities.

What you will do
- Build relationships with existing and prospective thought leaders and support current and future commercial activities.
- Create and execute short- and long-term key opinion leader engagement and local peer-to-peer strategies.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, medical affairs, site-of-care, advocacy, and market access stakeholders to address customer needs.
- Capture, synthesize, and disseminate thought leader insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and evidence gaps.
- Coordinate leadership interactions at national, regional, and state society conferences.
- Support speaker selection, training, content development, and compliant execution of speaker and peer-to-peer programs.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree plus 2 years of marketing or sales experience; or master's degree plus 4 years; bachelor's degree plus 6 years; associate's degree plus 10 years; or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years.
- Customer-facing pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience in field sales, product marketing, medical, or clinical work is required.
- Experience in neurology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, multiple sclerosis, rare diseases, or specialty biologics is relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or collaborate across cross-functional teams and execute customized action plans.
- Strong presentation, organizational, analytical, strategic, persuasive, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% and reside within the assigned territory.
Nice to have
- Experience with multiple sclerosis and key MS centers.
- Thought leader or demonstrated KOL leadership experience.
- Experience across multiple commercial functions.
- Clinical experience in rare diseases or specialty biologics.
