Operations Intern (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Plasmon Factory in Latina, Italy

Allowance: €900 per month

What you will do

• Support Production and Continuous Improvement or Maintenance teams, depending on profile and interests.
• Contribute to strategic and tactical projects alongside daily operational activities.
• Analyze production and packaging line performance and support improvement initiatives.
• Analyze industrial production processes and cycles using Lean Methodology.
• Analyze maintenance KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and UL.
• Investigate line malfunctions and micro-stops and support preventive maintenance scheduling.

Requirements

• EU Working Permit required; Orientation Year Visa is not included.
• Graduated or graduating with full marks in an engineering degree; management and mechanical engineering are preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and good knowledge of analytical tools.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Analytical, results-driven, confident, collaborative, and able to simplify complex challenges.

• Basic programming knowledge.
