Adjunct Instructor - Management

Location: Stephenville and Fort Worth, Texas campuses; teaching may be delivered in person or through approved instructional modalities.

What you will do

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, seminars, and laboratory instruction in management for undergraduate and graduate students.
• Develop course syllabi, select instructional materials, and design exams, quizzes, papers, and other assessments.
• Evaluate student performance, provide timely feedback, and use learning outcomes to improve instruction and curriculum.
• Engage students through active learning, discussions, collaboration, hands-on activities, and innovative teaching technologies.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and student support through office hours and assignment feedback.
• Follow university policies, academic integrity standards, accreditation requirements, and Campus Security Authority responsibilities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• At least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of management subject matter sufficient for undergraduate and graduate-level instruction.
• Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with students, staff, and faculty.
• Employment may be affected if immigration sponsorship is required; the university will not pay the stated new H-1B petition fee.

Nice to have

• Doctorate or terminal degree in Management or a closely related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
• Previous collegiate-level online teaching experience.
