TL;DR
ServiceNow Developer (CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, ITSM): Designing, configuring, developing, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions with an accent on platform workflows, integrations, and enterprise service management processes. Focus on building REST and SOAP integrations, improving CMDB data quality, configuring Flow Designer and Service Catalog capabilities, and maintaining platform reliability.

What you will do
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions for CMDB, Discovery, IT Asset Management, and ITSM processes.
- Build workflows, automations, catalog items, and platform enhancements using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Develop and support REST and SOAP integrations, web services, and other platform integration frameworks.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, production support, defect resolution, and technical documentation.
- Improve CMDB data quality, discovery capabilities, platform performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and product teams on platform improvements and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and ITSM modules.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog development, Automated Test Framework, API testing, and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, REST and SOAP integrations, and platform development best practices.
- Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps, along with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
