Commercial Lending Specialist II

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $21.50–$30.00 per hour, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 12.5% each.

What you will do

• Process commercial loan modifications, advances, draws, payments, payoffs, and escrow disbursements.
• Board loans and loan insurance into core systems and maintain accurate loan records.
• Review financial documents and loan agreements.
• Complete daily and monthly clearing account and loan reconciliations, including rate adjustments.
• Initiate invoice processing through Oracle and manage loan document storage and recall.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for Commercial Lending Operations and handle additional priorities as needed.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience level; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong customer service and commercial lending operations acumen.
• Effective, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work at the San Diego headquarters and pass required credit, criminal background, and drug screening checks.
