Strategic Connectivity Manager (Starlink)

Location: Bastrop, Texas, United States. Requires travel to other SpaceX offices and customer locations, averaging 25% annually, with extended hours or weekends as needed.

What you will do

• Scale Starlink projects with significant positive social and economic impact.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with Starlink and team goals.
• Build capabilities to support connectivity projects of different sizes and complexity.
• Establish and manage relationships with philanthropic organizations, NGOs, development banks, and influential partners.
• Track and report progress, creating new measurement methods when needed.
• Coordinate with market access, global operations, growth, sales, legal, finance, account management, and communications teams to adapt Starlink products and share impact stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering or operations.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading significant cross-functional projects and business initiatives in environments with competing priorities and limited resources.
• Strong written, verbal, public speaking, negotiation, conflict resolution, risk management, and business judgment skills.
• Must satisfy ITAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. lawful permanent residency, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
