Strategic Connectivity Manager (Starlink)

Location: Bastrop, Texas, United States; travel to other offices and customer locations is required, averaging 25% of the year.

What you will do

• Scale Starlink projects that create significant social and economic impact.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with Starlink and team goals.
• Build capabilities for projects of different sizes and complexity.
• Establish and maintain relationships with influential individuals, philanthropic entities, NGOs, and development banks.
• Track and report progress while creating new measurement methods when needed.
• Coordinate with market access, operations, growth, sales, legal, finance, account management, and communications teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering or operations.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in environments with competing priorities and limited resources.
• Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and public speaking skills.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations.
