What you will do

• Collaborate with architects and developers on specifications, designs, standards, code reviews, testing, and deployment decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers while promoting accountability and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with Product, Project, QA, DevOps, and Support teams to release reliable software and support production operations.
• Create realistic work estimates and contribute to project planning with stakeholders.
• Research and resolve production issues and document technical work in the knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with modern programming languages, including at least one strongly typed language and one scripting language.
• Experience with architecture design using Enterprise Integration Patterns, MERN, or MVC, as well as REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with messaging systems such as 0MQ, RabbitMQ, Apache Artemis, Apache Classic, or Kafka.
• Strong SQL database experience, including table schema design, plus build automation and CI/CD tools such as Maven, Gradle, or Jenkins.
• Leadership experience on teams or projects and the ability to work occasional non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST, JSF, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Java, Solana, T-SQL, Go, C#, Apache Camel, JEE, JPA/Hibernate, Git, Gradle, or Maven.
• Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, financial services or cryptocurrency experience.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and asynchronous programming experience.
