Lead, Product Management (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. Travel may be required domestically and internationally, expected to be approximately 10% or less.

Salary: $122,595–$214,510 USD per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and other applicable factors.

What you will do

• Define product vision, value propositions, strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for digital software products.
• Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and feedback activities to identify needs and product opportunities.
• Translate stakeholder and customer needs into requirements, user stories, use cases, product artifacts, and actionable deliverables.
• Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams throughout Agile planning, backlog refinement, delivery, acceptance testing, launch, and issue resolution.
• Monitor adoption, performance, feedback, and business outcomes; recommend roadmap adjustments and investment priorities.
• Lead stakeholder communications, product demonstrations, launches, adoption initiatives, change management, and team coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related professional experience.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including managing software products from concept through launch.
• Strong knowledge of product management, Agile software development, requirements management, backlog prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to prioritize complex stakeholder needs, make strategic tradeoffs, and deliver measurable business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with data, analytics, AI-enabled products, visualization, GIS, digital engineering, or related technologies.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technology-enabled professional services.
• Training or certification in Product Management, Agile/Scrum, Change Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading product adoption, stakeholder communications, and organizational change initiatives.
