Clinical Research Coordinator - Cantor Center

Location: 10 Brookline Place, Brookline, MA 02445; hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $48,100–$54,400 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate clinical trials throughout the full study life cycle, from protocol receipt and site activation through close-out.
• Support Scientific Review Committee and IRB submissions, regulatory reporting, and study compliance.
• Collect, manage, and enter patient clinical data, source documents, case report forms, adverse events, and study activity records.
• Screen participants, obtain informed consent for non-treatment trials, register participants in ONCORE, and interact with study participants as required.
• Collect, prepare, and ship protocol-related tissue and other samples according to trial requirements and IATA/DOT regulations.
• Prepare for audits and monitoring visits while coordinating with sponsors, regulatory authorities, and internal clinical departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of Dana-Farber Associate Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
• 0–1 years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting, or a comparable technology-oriented business environment, preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail, reliable follow-through, discretion, and adherence to hospital confidentiality guidelines.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
