Content Strategist (Social Media)

Location: Remote - Global; fully remote. Candidates must have the right to work in the country where they are based.

What you will do

• Create high-quality, original content for multiple social media platforms.
• Own the strategy, operations, content output, and results for multiple official social media channels.
• Develop and execute creative social media campaigns with design, content, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance, then turn findings into data-driven recommendations.
• Implement test-and-learn strategies and provide real-time insights on crypto news, trends, sentiment, and market observations.
• Build social media communities through one-to-one and one-to-many conversations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Web3 digital marketing or social media roles.
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, DeFi trading, self-custody principles, blockchain security, and cryptocurrency markets.
• Experience hosting Spaces, AMAs, podcasts, or interviews in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Reddit and cryptocurrency-focused communities.
• Experience managing X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels.
• Right to work in the country of residence is required.

Nice to have

• Video content creation experience, including Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Strong meme culture knowledge.
