Research & Content Manager (Institutional DeFi)

Location: Remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in New York City and surrounding areas

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 USD for NYC-based candidates; $110,000–$150,000 USD for the rest of the world. Additional 10% guaranteed bonus paid in crypto.

What you will do

• Lead the content function across social media, blogs, newsletters, technical documentation, threads, and research reports.
• Develop and execute the content strategy for the brand and product suite.
• Work with product and marketing to create content-focused campaigns tied directly to revenue generation.
• Write institutional-facing content using a LinkedIn-first distribution strategy.
• Manage content pipelines and track lead generation and campaign performance.
• Produce end-to-end industry reports and long-form analysis based on raw data.

Requirements

• Direct experience building content marketing strategies for institutional finance audiences, including banks, hedge funds, or asset managers.
• Experience managing content pipelines and measuring individual campaign performance and lead generation.
• Experience writing industry reports and long-form analytical content from start to finish.
• Ability to work with raw data and convert research into practical campaign strategies.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
