Mgr Tenant Management Operations

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States

Salary: $102,300–$147,050 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer tenant operations, including provisioning, configuration, refreshes, copies, migrations, resets, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate tenant requests, approvals, timelines, and service-level expectations.
• Manage team growth, performance goals, and engagement.
• Monitor tenant health, availability, and configuration accuracy while investigating and escalating issues.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, operational controls, and compliance with security and privacy requirements.
• Drive process automation, standardization, continuous improvement, and stakeholder communication across Product, Engineering, Support, Security, Sales Ops, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, platform support, technical program management, systems administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing or internal environments in a SaaS or enterprise software setting.
• 3+ years of experience managing five or more employees.
• Experience working with cross-functional enterprise software development projects and operational workflows.
• Strong organization, prioritization, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, accountability, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with tenant provisioning, environment management, or release operations.
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, workforce management, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience improving operational processes through automation or tooling.
• Knowledge of incident management, change management, and access governance.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
