What you will do

• Adjust, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain applicable technical logs and records.
• Conduct walk-through inspections to verify proper operation of HVAC equipment.
• Maintain air quality, airflow, and temperature across on-site and off-site facilities.
• Record gauge readings, completed repairs, and equipment downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment and minimize interruptions to casino operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• Three to five years of experience with commercial or industrial HVAC equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current EPA Universal technician certification required under 40 CFR Part 82, Subpart F.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read schematics, plans, diagrams, and drawings.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to climb, work at heights, work near fiberglass insulation and electrical current, and lift or carry up to 100 pounds.
