What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the professional license.
• Deliver prevention, wellness, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Practice autonomously while building trusted relationships with patients.
• Use clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on patient health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• Active professional license and current ANCC/AANP certification for Nurse Practitioners, or NCCPA certification for Physician Associates.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice experience in family medicine, including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits, is preferred.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA registration is preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
