Digital Readiness Analyst II

Location: Portland, OR, United States; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote. Applicants must be able to work in or relocate to Portland.

Salary: $65,000–$83,000 USD starting annual salary.

What you will do

• Ensure the integrity, quality, and fitness-for-purpose of aftermarket data.
• Serve as a data steward and liaison between Aftermarket, Engineering, and internal and external customers.
• Assess current data quality and establish improvement goals.
• Define and implement approaches to resolve data quality issues.
• Identify quality metrics and conduct data quality audits.
• Monitor, track, and report ongoing data quality levels and business impact.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Paragon and Microsoft Office suites.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems of moderate complexity.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available, including for existing visa holders.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check is required; a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• IMACS experience.
• Experience providing informal guidance to new team members.
• Experience leading projects or processes.
