Assistant Vice President - Valuation

What you will do

• Review investment committee memoranda, valuation calibrations, internal valuation materials, and third-party valuation reports.
• Review and document investment valuation analyses at fund level, ensuring portfolio reconciliation with NAV.
• Perform due diligence on hirify.global valuation teams and maintain the valuation database.
• Maintain and enhance valuation frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Prepare valuation materials and reports for management committees, boards, and other governance stakeholders, including support for new fund onboardings.
• Drive valuation process improvements and digitalization, manage offshore consultants, and coach analysts and associates.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant financial services experience, including prior Big Four experience and a strong understanding of alternative investment operations.
• Expertise in valuation methodologies and practices, with the leadership skills required to support team management.
• Knowledge of AIFM and Luxembourg fund regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• CFA or CAIA qualification.
