Internship - Real Estate Valuation Expert - Property Valuer

ING Luxembourg is a banking organization whose Shared Operations department supports customer-focused lending and real estate valuation activities.

What you will do

• Create, prepare, and manage internal real estate valuation reports and processes with support from senior colleagues.
• Collaborate with departments and teams to improve valuation realization.
• Check data quality and reporting compliance for valuation reports.
• Monitor and analyze real estate market data and price sensitivity.
• Prepare presentations and maintain property valuation information, including sale documents and inspection records.
• Analyze technical and legal property documentation and develop tools and processes that provide sustained benefits.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organization, and time management skills.
• English is mandatory.
• A valid school convention is required.
• The internship starts in October and lasts for a minimum of 6 months.

Nice to have

• Interest in real estate valuation.
• Knowledge of French.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
