Process Engineer (Semiconductors)

Location: Columbus, Nebraska, United States. The position is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations.

What you will do

• Own complex engineering projects for assigned product families and production areas.
• Modify existing products and research new materials, vendors, processes, and methods.
• Control design, testing, production engineering, and research activities across multiple product types.
• Direct technicians in evaluating materials, processes, and design feasibility, and assist with prototype devices.
• Document product history, design information, specifications, and production processes.
• Support production problem-solving, customer quality issues, technical data preparation, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of process or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or SQL.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR requirements.
