Sr Rigging & Power Warehouse Technician (WO) - Orlando, FL

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States. Onsite work in a warehouse and at event venues, including site visits, equipment deliveries, irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments.

Hourly pay range: $17.21–$22.36.

What you will do

• Lead the storing, picking, scanning, staging, loading, unloading, and transportation preparation of rigging and power equipment.
• Process incoming and outgoing orders, manage Navigator picklists, track assets, and complete inventory activities.
• Perform and oversee equipment quality control, certifications support, re-shelving, and warehouse maintenance.
• Operate industrial forklifts and powered pallet jacks while completing daily equipment safety checklists.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and develop warehouse technicians working with rigging and power equipment.
• Coordinate with rigging and power managers, internal departments, vendors, customers, and event-site teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience and 2+ years of experience with rigging and power equipment.
• Experience operating industrial forklift equipment and the ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; accurate systems entry and paperwork completion.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work onsite in Orlando and at event venues, including irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
