Localisation QA Engineer with French

Location: Onsite five days per week in Cork, Ireland

Salary: €42,000 per annum, pro rata

What you will do

• Perform localisation testing on software, print documents, help content, and hardware items.
• Report defects through internal tools, including relevant information and improvement suggestions, and track issues through resolution.
• Analyse international functionality issues affecting localised products.
• Collaborate with international QA centres, engineering teams, translators, and project managers to support product delivery to international markets.
• Depending on experience, design and execute manual test plans and identify automation opportunities.
• Create and maintain automated test procedures, including test automation in Swift, Objective-C, Python, Ruby, or other required languages.

Requirements

• Native-level French and deep knowledge of linguistics.
• Experience in software localisation or internationalisation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet different deadlines.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week in Cork, Ireland.
