Senior QA Validation Specialist

Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland; onsite role with some travel required

Salary: €54,200–€88,400 annually

What you will do

• Generate, execute, and review qualification and validation protocols, summary reports, and supporting data.
• Analyze test results and assess compliance with regulations, SOPs, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Investigate validation problems and determine solutions or recommendations for improvements.
• Review and approve deviation notifications, investigations, corrective actions, change controls, SOPs, and reports.
• Coordinate validation activities with internal departments and external contractors or vendors.
• Manage validation projects, prepare status reports, and provide oversight to contingent workers when required.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Science.
• At least 5–8+ years of proven commissioning and qualification experience with large-scale process equipment.
• Strong ability to analyze data against predefined criteria and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication, time management, independent working, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Raheen, Limerick, Ireland; some travel may be required.
