Tax Associate / Senior Associate

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with up to 40% from home and 60% in the office

What you will do

• Advise clients on the taxation of business and investment activities.
• Work on corporate, finance, real estate, investment fund, employee incentives, transfer pricing, VAT, and tax dispute matters.
• Lead transactions as appropriate, reporting directly to the supervising partner.
• Manage projects, deadlines, budgets, costs, and time recording.
• Monitor legal developments and participate in relevant training.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while collaborating with colleagues and sharing expertise.

Requirements

• Qualified corporate Tax lawyer with two to six years of post-qualification experience or equivalent.
• Experience gained within a top-tier firm is preferred.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2.1 degree.
• Excellent written communication, legal drafting, and technical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage client relationships, and contribute to a team.
