Trade Coordinator, Fixed Income

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid arrangement with office attendance 4 days per week and flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week.

What you will do

• Coordinate and verify executions and allocations for fixed income transactions.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies.
• Compile and distribute relevant market information, including news and market developments.
• Assist traders and portfolio managers with securities financing and repo execution.
• Manage primary market deal flow by compiling and communicating firm orders to brokers.
• Coordinate with internal departments and support systems requirements that improve trading-process accuracy and reduce risk.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and a relevant professional qualification such as IMC or CFA.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Trade Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Understanding of and interest in fixed income or equity markets.
• Familiarity with trading processes and protocols.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, take direction from multiple sources, and collaborate with global internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of TradeSec, OASYS Connect/CTM, Omgeo TradeSuite, Python, or SQL.
