TL;DR
Packaging Designer (Consumer Products): Leading the development of packaging and visual design solutions for electronics, wellness, and lifestyle portfolios with an accent on brand consistency and print production. Focus on owning the design process from concept to production and creating high-impact first impressions across retail channels.
Location: Remote (Must be based in LATAM, Philippines, or South Africa). Work schedule: EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month

What you will do
- Lead packaging design from initial concept through final production.
- Develop and maintain visual systems across packaging, retail, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with marketing and manufacturing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Present creative direction to internal stakeholders.
- Direct external creative and production vendors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in packaging, brand design, or creative direction.
- Portfolio of shipped packaging in consumer electronics, wellness, or CPG categories.
- Knowledge of structural design, materials, and print production processes (dielines, substrates).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- English: C1+ level required for stakeholder presentations.
- Must be based in LATAM, Philippines, or South Africa.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D visualization tools (Adobe Dimension, Cinema 4D).
- Proficiency with Figma for cross-functional collaboration.
- Background working with global consumer brands.
- Direct experience collaborating with packaging manufacturers.
