Senior Quantitative Research Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Princeton, New Jersey; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; New York, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; or Bethesda, Maryland, United States. The role combines work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing work may require travel.

Salary: $117,500–$133,250 annually.

What you will do

• Conduct quantitative research using surveys, experimental designs, and advanced statistical techniques.
• Design and execute statistically rigorous studies addressing healthcare, life sciences, market, customer, and business questions.
• Analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into clear client recommendations.
• Develop analytical deliverables, presentations, and data visualizations for client engagements.
• Collaborate with consulting, onshore, and offshore teams to ensure accurate and consistent research outputs.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences while supporting multiple engagements.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant industry or applied experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in statistics, data science, public health, economics, psychology, behavioral science, or business analytics.
• Strong knowledge of advanced statistics, experimental design, and quantitative market research, including survey design, analysis, and interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one statistical programming platform; Excel, R, and Python are strongly preferred.
• Healthcare or life sciences experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
