What you will do
- Operate machines for varied small-series production with demanding materials.
- Work flexibly across departments using equipment from Grob, DMG, Mazak, Weiler and other manufacturers.
- Ensure that every component meets high quality standards.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, automate routine tasks and support sustainability initiatives.
- Work within a regulated shift system and flexitime arrangement.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the metal sector, such as cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, skilled metal worker or a comparable qualification.
- Interest in precision machining and experience working with high-quality and challenging materials such as stainless steel.
- Ability to identify opportunities for digitalization and process improvement.
- Reliable, independent and results-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
