Deposit Operations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $18.00–$27.00 per hour, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Perform recurring deposit operations and electronic banking functions.
• Complete complex account maintenance, including vesting changes.
• Research and resolve Service Cloud cases, following up with customers when needed.
• Analyze client accounts to detect and prevent potentially fraudulent or illegal transactions.
• Prepare and maintain reports of fraudulent and illegal activities.
• Process wires, stop payments, exceptions, and mobile-deposit reviews.

Requirements

• Work from the San Diego, California headquarters.
• Pass a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening.
• Perform extended periods of seated computer-based work using standard office equipment.
• Demonstrate manual dexterity and coordination for keyboard, mouse, calculator, telephone, and copier use.
