Senior Manager Enterprise Applications and Data/Business Relationship Manager, Finance (JDE ERP)

What you will do

• Act as the strategic IT interface for Finance and translate business processes and requirements into technology opportunities and investments.
• Lead IT planning, governance, demand management, steering committee coordination, and enterprise project lifecycle activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, service transition, change management, and alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, applications, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage application and solutions portfolios, cost-benefit analyses, budgets, forecasts, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and develop a team of technology professionals, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and professional development.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience with on-premise JD Edwards ERP and at least 20 years of experience in IT technical business systems support.
• Strong proficiency in JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 or later, JDE development tools and/or CNC administration, JDE architecture, Orchestrator, reporting, and interoperability.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with ERP operational and financial data, reporting, analytics, and multiple JDE modules.
• Experience with IBM AS400/iSeries administration, application integrations, SaaS migrations, SDLC, IT governance, and organizational change management.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT business relationship management, working with functional leaders and leading projects through their full lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology, or equivalent experience; experience managing vendors, outsourced relationships, and contract resources.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and related applications such as SAP Concur, Bottomline TAP, Insight Hubble, and DSI Cloud Inventory.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
• BRMP or CBRM certification.
