SAP Enterprise Solution Executive

Location: United States; hiring in New Jersey, New York, Chicago, or Texas. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration and offers flexibility.

Compensation: $131,900–$245,000 per year.

What you will do

• Translate customer business challenges into differentiated, commercially viable technical solutions.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CXOs and senior customer stakeholders.
• Lead solution shaping across opportunity development, pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, commercialization, and delivery governance.
• Define scalable end-to-end solutions spanning multiple technology domains and align them with transformation objectives, IT strategy, and long-term roadmaps.
• Build business cases covering ROI, risk, cost transparency, performance, and strategic fit.
• Mentor solution teams and coordinate sales, delivery, architecture, and customer stakeholders during complex pursuits.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10+ years of experience in business or enterprise architecture, large-scale solution design, or customer-facing technical and service delivery roles.
• Enterprise-level SAP product solutioning experience.
• Experience with deals of $15 million or more and multi-million-dollar, multi-year enterprise engagements.
• Experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, solution commercialization, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Open Certified Architect, hyperscaler platforms, integration strategies, APIs, and technology roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Experience with domain-specific architecture or industry solutions in sectors such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, automotive, financial services, or retail.
• TOGAF certification or cloud-specific architect certifications.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
