Salary: $58,800–$122,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead and supervise laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely flow cytometry testing.
• Oversee daily workflows, assign tasks, and resolve technical or workload challenges.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff.
• Manage reagent and supply inventory while maintaining budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, CAP/CLIA, and regulatory requirements.
• Review laboratory metrics, implement process improvements, and support new tests, equipment, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or a related field; equivalent education, training, and experience may be accepted.
• At least 4 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment, including 2 years in flow cytometry.
• Experience supervising, training, or mentoring laboratory staff.
• Hands-on laboratory operations experience, including pipetting and assay execution.
• Knowledge of clinical testing, quality control, laboratory regulations, quality assurance, safety standards, root-cause analysis, and CAPA processes.
