Clinical Operations Coordinator (Reference Lab)

What you will do

• Own assigned workflows for order triage and order fulfillment.
• Perform quality control across order creation and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with internal laboratory, operations, and customer success teams, as well as external reference laboratories.
• Implement workflow improvements across multiple systems with team leadership.
• Own ad hoc processes and projects that support operational excellence.
• Support ongoing and future team projects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Four-year college degree, preferably in biological sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and accuracy.
• Critical thinking, interpersonal, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago.

Nice to have

• Quality assurance or compliance experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
• Experience handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
